Well this probably has been commented on before, but I received in the mail today the details for the full year dividend which were 8.2 cents per share.
Now after receiving the half year dividend, I have received 14.3 cents per share ... that is close to a 7% Fully Franked Dividend over the year.
I have held these shares for just over a year now, received nearly a 10% return in terms of (3) Fully Franked Dividends, the company just gets stronger and stronger, the core earnings are going up every year ... BUT ... the share price is not going anywhere !!!
