Well I didn't even realise I had received another dividend ... because the letter I got looked exactly the same as the letter I received last December for the last dividend. It is only when I compared them I realised it was actually another dividend :)
We got another 6.2 cents a share ... exactly the same as the dividend last December.
So according to my calculations, we are getting a 5.5% return alone from the Fully Franked Dividends ... and given the latest letter to shareholders talking about record Profits and Dividends it all looks pretty good
