Halom views on equity raising, page-6

So posters here were vindicated in their view of the raising by the takeovers panel. Are they toothless to do anything about it?
I still think the raising was a positive and Halom's rationale a bit disingenuous. The company is not necessarily negative cashflow now, it has slashed over the last 2 years.
I think black crane has raised enough to scrape through and MRM will now recover but with the sale of the crown jewels and massive dilution it will only ever be a shadow of its former self.
