Halifax broker gone into administration, page-19

Does anyone in this thread have any experience with this sort of thing.

I too have a IB TWS account so can anyone advise:

1- How long does an investigation take?
2- Once the investigation is complete, how long will it take to get our funds returned?
3- Having a IB TWS account (not MetaTrader), what's the likelihood of getting all funds returned?
4- If not all, what is the worst case scenario? Lose 5%, 10%, 20%??
