Well those doubtful debts are odd. What do they represent exactly ? Outstanding committments by the dentists to pay TIM for their "scheme" ? Loans by TIM to associates ?
On the bright side, cutting wealthy people out of the solar panel scam reduces an alternative avenue for gratuitous investments which can possibly be a good thing for TIM.
