I don't know that much about the law in relation to minority oppression but we could still use the threat of an action to pressure for change. We need greater transparency from the board in relation to market disclosure and the appointment of a truly independent director to the board to improve accountability.

We only need 5% of shareholders to call an EGM and table a resolution for a change of one or more directors. It would be unlikely to succeed but the pressure on the board could be enough to drive some change in behaviour.
