Not sure if there is some underlying issue causing the delay? I would have thought by announcing an approximate date you would announce around about this date, particularly with the lodgement of accounts.

Any thoughts on what could possibly hold up proceedings given that generally half year / full year results are reported within 6-7 week post balance date? Does it really take to 6-7 weeks to prepare and audit one long term PPA?
