No volume, just a buyer who - with manipulative intent or otherwise - reached up to the offer stack.
Basically the stand-off between buyers sub $1.10 & sellers over $1.20 continues.
I am reminded of the 'lines on the map on the wall' scene from thenovel Catch 22. An absolute must read if yo want to understand the modern world.
Though Electro Optical is poised to run hard if something positive emerges, be it rational or not.
