Hail King Daniel - new thread

Hi all, i have been overseas for a while and watching this one but havnt posted in a while.... i sold majority of mine over the last few weeks.... and yes i am one of the people who got in at 18c and 20c..... (though i did average down along the way).. TPP is a small part of my port folio now

Himalayan is 100% correct on how this has all happened....  In my opinion Tempo should be renamed "Hibbs and Co"... Hail King Daniel and the team he has put in place... frankly i am a bit mistified that he wasnt made CEO... in a downward spiraling market he secured RTIO, GORGON and some smaller projects along the way... by way of history lesson, Daniel is a protoge of the late Dick Wright.... Cowaramup, sometimes the board is the one that is along for the ride but agree Charlie has picked this one to a tee and is he backs it all the way... so good for shareholders who have a director with soo much skin in the game. After all Charlie was behind Monadelphous and UGL - this in my opinion adds at least 5 to 10cents of the SP. Well done Charlie (dont know much about the rest of the board???)

If Himalayan was in fact the shell owner  as he states and set it all up... then i think we all need to give him a big thank you as if history serves me correct, Himalayan not only set up the loan facility but they made a couple of large cap raisings at critical times without which would have all been over...... all you need to do is just follow the quarterly cash flows and it tells the story.... (remember very few were backing mining services in 2013/2014 so without Himalayan she would have been over)....

well done to those that made some cash (me included) and commiserations to those that sold early... if you check my previous posts i have always been positive with an err of caution....

As an investor things to consider:
    1. Value of secured pipeline of work
    2. rate of new contracts, customers and growth
    3. investment in equipment and infrastructure
    4. diversity of markets (both geographically and market segments)
    5. Margins / sustainability
    6. Capex

the contracts tpp have are pretty much labour hire and can be turned off at any time (though highly unlikely) i think we may even have growth to 80M in revenue for 2016.... however what about 2017 and beyond... little visibility... also at some point the company will have to transition from being run off the smell of an oily rag to investing in equipment, systems, back office etc... not a criticism just something that will need to happen as part of a businesses normal growth path. if you look at the full year numbers, the company boasts having low overhead (which is good) however this tells another story... margins are skinny (which is typical in labour hire) the business needs to move away or at least bring in some diversity to the high volume low margin work.... again not a criticism - these labour hire contracts have made the company the success it is today, it just needs to transition.... (perhaps the reason for bringing in Max)....

I believe the company is fairly valued now... the path from 20c to $2 will happen - but over many years... all you need is patience as it will take the time it takes (lets hope we dont get stung by any lump sum jobs) just look at the United story, they had many bumps along the way but made it to a $14 +share.... i wonder what happened to the project last year that they flagged... heard nothing... this story will have its bumps along the way and not an investment for me anymore, let the insto's take the ride.

Also, i heard the competition is targeting TPP's key guys, lets hope they have good retention bonus... a mate of mine who runs a mining services co (that hasnt performed as well) would love to have Daniel on the books....

Himalayan, i feel for you.... i am sure there are a few more stories you can share.... with every one of your posts i get the feeling you are holding back.... sometimes it is best not to see how the food has been prepared...

Keep up the good work Daniel and the board...

    Hail King Daniel
    Hail King Daniel

Thank you for my new car... but unlike hibblehellfire i wont post a picture of it as mine is a signature edition and will get recognised....

good luck to all -- over and out
