and, as an earlier poster pointed out, the drop in the A$ means that it probably hasn't cost SHell any more,(in US$ terms) to up the bid from $1.48 to $1.52.
and by increasing the bid that measly 4c, meant that Shell got the unanimous recommendation from the BOW Board.
Which is crucial to a Scheme getting over the line.
