Who ever bought the stock (looks like NST) needs to come out with a substantial notice as well. Once the general market gets the confirmation, the stock should move higher and lets hope its gets taken over for a decent premium. I would assume if a bid materializes,. we would be looking at 40c plus range. The funds who own NST will also take a look at this puppy and that's when things can get interesting.
