Think about it. It would take an enormous amount of energy to power a beam that would heat up the high atmosphere.
Ive worked at a place that used this technique and its called an ionasonde. It measures the atmosphere.
Also the picture on the vid shows this enormous light source coming from the equipment, what a huge load of BS.
Ionosondes are used world wide to measure the atmosphere.
You cant possibly believe this BS.
