What a complete load of BS. I worked in an electronics lab using spectrum analysers, signal generators, Oscopes and other gear.
All you saw on this guys home computer was a signal with upper and lower sideband. So what you can find hundreds of them all over the HF, VHF spectrum.
Its a complete load of BS.
