Up until Bunnings rolls out it’s one stop pet shop

My concern over GXL is around competition. It is still vulnerable to competition. Amazon is just in early start up mode. This and competition from other Main Street retail I think is a point of vulnerability.
If Bunnings chose to use their floor space to add pet and Vet that would be a very interesting game changer. Haven’t heard if that is on Westfarmers agenda however they have the buying power, significant scaled points of presence and floor traffic that would make it work.
Must polish my crystal ball. It’s got too many finger prints all over it this year. Can’t see anything anymore.
