    I wouldn't be suprised if the shifty guys running the show (lets refer to them as "scumbags") have a grand plan like :

    1. scumbags sell all their stake in GWR and buy up FAS
    2. GWR make a bid for FAS at a premium making scumbags a little bit richer
    3. Once FAS's blocking stake is reclaimed by GWR then Cliffs\Chinese move in and buy GWR at a premium - scumbags hit double paydirt

    all the time the average investors are taking it from behind !
