    It is possible Lingchip have distributed its holdings into the own names and super funds of its shareholders (Doutch and Doutch etc) There is huge tax advantages of having GWR within your SMSF superfund when GWR goes BOOM!!

    In the case of Rimcapital however it is a clear and unambiguous sellout, good riddance.
