Agreed Roznov, quite a definite statement from KEY. Sounds like the due diligence is a mere formality. Although I am surprised they made no mention at all of the seismic, I would've expected at least something like 'seismic has commenced and is progressing'. Perhaps they are saving that up for a separate announcement.

The first seller of the rights has appeared, bit of a gap from the buyer though. Sell offer is at 2 cents and the buy offer is at 0.2 cents. Nothing unusual there, the real action, if any, will occur towards the end of the rights trading period unless there is any news in the short term to drive the share price up.
