Yep, It certainly looks like that. Will be interesting when ( if anyone ) puts up their rights to sell when they become available. I still cannot see mine which is a little surprising, I am sure there are a few other holders in the same position.
Anyway, for me, I detected a certain amount of "certainty" in their announcement, almost cocky like, which is quite unlike their previous announcements when they have been quite conservative...just my opinion, any thoughts?.
