From today's announcement:

The part in brackets doesn't even seem to be correct, and I think it should read:"Providing that it entails ...)"

In other words, they are telling us not to expect to hear anything at all unless something happens that materially affects the value of the company.

That last part in brackets looks to me like the company giving us shareholders the fingers.
