Thanks TCL. Thats a great insight. I am not going to say what I did and didn;t know about the saga but to reinterate that there has been alot of good work done by the new guys to save this company and that as a larger investor I need to pin some hope that that continues and that there will be hiccups along the way. There always is in these messy situations.
