    As it is underwritten by Somers and sub underwritten by Zeta, PAN shareholders have nothing to worry about as PAN isnt selling. The cash will be in the company. only those who stumped up cash for the IPO would be nervous. I wouldnt want to be a Zeta shareholder either.
