Veecat it does work like that.
Suppliers have been scrambling to secure large orders of steel, cable, pipe etc in commercial construction. I have experienced 10-20 % cheaper pipe prices than this time last year. Worm has turned for short time I think. STS will be taking full advantage of this and buying power would see their margin increase.
IF you listen to the press the world is about to end. In Queensland we have had a slow done in commercial construction but we are still making decent margins and I see STS on a number of jobs around the traps.
