Sorry to holders but this implies that the second half will produce no earnings for shareholders. So anyone holding on is holding for at least 6 months with only downside risk as the 9c price had at least some optimism baked in to the price assuming that the full year would be at worst $2m+ on operating earnings. It is probably at fair value around 6.5-7c
To top it off, management stuffing up the first announcement led some poor fella to reach up speculating that it would be a good announcement and purchase at 9.4c.
This is blatant misinformation by the management. If they play dumb and don't understand that this information was crucial to shareholders at the release of the first half upgrade (which it obviously was due to the reasoning behind the good first half) then they aren't fit to be running an INVESTMENT company.
Sorry management but you've broken the trust between shareholders and yourselves now, something that is vital for such a small mcap company. I'd consider trying to get a bargain if it drops far enough - but I would prefer to look elsewhere with better communicators.
