The last earnings downgrade was quite scary. The best thing is they are still in business. Have to watch this one as if they get rid of dead wood pubs and get NET profit higher could be a major re-rating. I think it will take a while though. When interest is paid they are making some huge loss. Admit some are short term set backs but until they are over and done with have to tread careful.

One to monitor as if they do re-rate will be a nice return. Realistically though may take a long while.
