In addition, the board have taken pay cuts, and a couple of the execs have offered loans of $1m each to see the company through as well. They seem confident of the process and are working things through and seem hopeful of a successful defense + costs through SICC. Given they won the last decision it seems likely to go their way, but whether they can get the cash out of Bayan we'll see. Bayan and it's subsidiarys are cashed up, relatively speaking.
