It does look as if WEC are considering their sale price for Mountainside to cover the A$2.2 million loan with interest, further court costs and company running costs for a few years. That would see them through any further hold ups and appeals in the Arbitration Court in Singapore. That means they need about US$6 million as a guesstimate.
