Sounds like he will be cutting things out and buying things. Positioning and strategy is his capabilities.
Patrick was a pure insurance man who brought ideas from the uk.
I think Michael will clear the deck with under performing parts and focus on the insurance side of the business with bigger brand awareness, margins, scale and growth into other insurance lines.
That is my bet.
