I did recall reading your post about this before here.
It does make you wonder that producing only 400k Oz's in all those years seems very minimal indeed.
Although if they did extract a lot more gold, is there much left still to extract today, I guess there is.
I was looking to see if I an find the Mackay & Schnellan Geologist Report carried out in May 2012 that gave rise to the low & high Exploration targets of 1.21Mt & 2.28 Mt - just to see what other details technical information they had written in the report.
Although other studies & analysis carried out has led SAU to put the targets much higher as noted below:
I believe the below target is just based on the Vein 6 & not the other 2 veins: Danbong veins & Bongam 1 vein
Exploration target: 1.0 to 4.5 Mt with grades in the range of 6.0 – 12.0 g/t Au - (or 500koz – 1,500koz Au). "This exploration target is not a mineral resource and is conceptual in nature. The estimate is based on the substantial body of information relating to the mineralisation documented for the targets referred to here which has been generated by government and semi-government agency’s"
