Bendigo wants to charge me around $3500 in early repayment coz i ll end my contract before agreed time.

Are you serious guys we are trying to settle a dispute??

settlement is all about sharing the loss, an equal compromise; 50/50 of the ORIGINAL Amount to start with so that its a WIN - WIN.

early payments fee plus
all the pain of bad credit rating plus
all the lost opportunity while saving up for anything to invest again plus
the stress we have been through.
