Its the Double Irish system of tax avoidance.
These corporations are bigger than a lot of countries and they abuse their power. One government is never going to bring them under control unless they take serious legislative action and enforce taxation laws and perhaps bring in a Google tax.
Cant see this Australian government of big bank and business supporters doing much at all. They make a lot of noise and go after one or two companies to make it look good but that is about it.
