Unfortunately, the Government is never left out of pocket...They are the largest of hypocrites when it comes to enforcing the law and bankruptcy legislation... Experience from a Plaintiff and creditor where the debtor just ignored the law and this Government organisation did nothing due to there not been a financial incentive on their part to enforce the law...
PS... I would never pay for advice... as it is often never more than what you can obtain from your own research... and then they are never liable if the fail in their duty to give correct advice...
