Hi guys,

Why you are so convinced that there will be a cap raising in the near future?

To my understanding:

GSE has 335k, they will spend about 200k this quarter.
GSE can already sell 300k worth MGV shares, with the posibility to sell more in april 2013.

So IMO no cap raising in the near future, I'm more concerned they will sell there MGV shares which have increased 100% since their low a couple of months ago.

If GSE doesn't sell their MGV shares (which I truly hope) they still have enough time to await expected news from both MGV and themselves to get an more attractive cap raising price.

Some info if I have missed something in my research would be nice, thx!
