Cash is lazy when there is no clear plan, I'll put it to work if they pay it back to me. If they paid me half their cash balance I'd be pretty happy with the dividend (even if most wasn't franked). If they want to develop SD personally I think they should spinoff and raise funds for that venture rather than pollute with the existing asset and risk all we presently own...
Also they could do a BB but they won't....
