I'd rather it be used with a development of Southdown rather than spent elsewhere. GRR are an magnetite pellet company so they should at least expand that to whatever extent that is possible - I don't mind the cash sitting in the bank in the meantime though.
It seems that Southdown could be costly and take time to develop. Better to have the funds available and NOT accumulate any debts IMHO
