There is a lot of pressure on the gov't in Brazil after 2 fatal mine disasters in the last three years from the population there and they have put legal pressure on Vale which included injunctions on various mining operations. The supply chain will have issues for maybe the rest of 2019 in my humble view. There does not seem yet to be an end to it and it takes time to get these operations up and running again.
Maybe the current China-US trade issues will affect IO prices and demand much more negatively.
