    That is spot on; well documented here the core problem and why the mkt is heavily discounting the stock price due to management's failure to clearly articulate and demonstrate it can execute growth of the business, where strong perception remains unchanged that vehicle exists simply to distribute earnings to a dwindling number of doctor partners
