The pre-tax NTA for Contango MicroCap Limited as at 28 February 2007 was $1.821
This represents a 0.8% increase for the month providing a modest underperformance compared to the ASX All
Ordinaries Accumulation Index which rose by 1.6%
The NTA after providing for tax on unrealised gains was $1.628
On 27thFebruary, the Company also announced its interim dividend for the year ended 30 June 2007 of 4 cents fully franked. Ex-date for the dividend is 2 April; record date is 10 April; and dividend payment will be made on 24 April
2007. The DRP will be active for this dividend.
The Company is a medium to long-term investor and does not intend disposing of its total portfolio of investments.
These results continue to make Contango MicroCap one of the best performing LIC's in the Australian marketplace.
