A quick lesson in the US meat trade.95% of Americas beef is grainfed , the trim or offcuts are quite fatty & they need lean red beef with low fat levels to blend with that fatty trim to produce ground burger beef. Australia is one of the few exporting countries that can supply that type of lean trim from our grassed production .
