I note that the Group MD, Yeudall, has steped down from ISS, with what appears to be a sudden resignation, from the position of Chairman no less, for personal reasons (surprised it wasn't put down to his IFS workload)! This normally means a falling out. I note that one Evan Cross, already a director with Yeudall has assumed the chair at ISS, this is the same guy that was a AOC director with Yeudall and also the adviser to IFS, or was he the advisor to AOS, no wait a minute an advisor to both - sometimes at the same time! Cross took half his $600K+ fees in shares at 20 cents be interesting to see if he held. Wonder if Yeudall's personal reasons will see him step down from the IFS board / management.
