Thanks for the reply guys. Yes, I have tracked down FIVE different phone numbers for nanotag and not one answers, or goes to a message machine or anything.
Yes, I'm aware of the Black Knight, thus my attempt to get in touch with them, so far unsuccessfully. There are even two phone numbers listed in white pages which go unanswered.
Maybe they are busy "teching", but it would be nice if someone could be appointed to answer the phone, which is after all what the Black Knight website suggests to do.
