    yes IF MMX was only worth a few million bucks instead of a billion bucks, CHM would'nt be interested in sueing it just to get back the $500 grand and interest which they say they actually took from CHM.
    Instead CHM wants to try to get hundreds of millions out of MXM becasue it had become a huge success.
