    Not being negative Wayword. Just being realistic. If I were a potential buyer, I'd probably rely more on Denbury's estimates than anyone else's especially since they are the operators of the field and would have done the most detailed studies on Grieve.

    Happy to be proven wrong as I would love to at least get my hard earned cash back.
