I am amazed Elk has not been taken to task over the 1 month delay in its release of advice on the Lost Cabin fire particularly when Elk admitted being told of the event on 24th December by ConocoPhillips.
The stock dump starting on 14th January and running through to 14th February and the associated 75% drop in Elk's value over that period should also have warranted a speeding ticket.
Makes you wonder what breach Elk has to perpetrate to get ASIC's attention..
