I read the paper, several times, carefully, and couldn't follow some of their argument. For the reasons I've explained.

Mann's article, which I found today, identified the same issues and commented on how other papers contradict them.

What you think about all of that is none of my business. But your rhetoric doesn't add anything to what I learnt.
