Here's a little info I came across on a Canadian share forum,  I have not edited it and is merely a copy paste. I did check into who the Colin is in the post and he is the investor relations officer at HVT.  So looks like there may be a couple of updates on the HVT front in the near future.....as below.

So, Spoke with Colin late this afternoon. Her earnings are coming out on Thursday and look pretty good and does not include this quarters sales of cannabis.  Lucky lake is moving along and the building permit should be over within the next 2 to 3 days so apparently they will commence building. Once MMJ is cleared up and off the record, the company  can move forward. Apparently they need to sell some 25 million shares and our extremely positive this will be cleared up soon with a possible private buyer.  We can thank the Australians stock exchange for that. It was late in the day and we both didn’t have a lot of time so I’m having another chat on Thursday after earnings. Hope this helps
