Get out, sell as long as you can get out for 2.1c and buy something else as you still haven't understood that the performance shares were part of the deal from 2 years ago. Of course the guys made some mistakes, the CR for example, but you can't accuse them of trying to get rich by issuing PS to themselves when ever they want. They founded the company, it was always theirs, they just had to share their share with the old comp to get the RTO done - hence the 65 % ownership of LPE.
