i think he is releasing the information as accurate as he can, and in all honesty it sounds as though he is run off his feet, i doubt he got much of a chrissy break (this correspondence was over christmas FYI)
he also said they are going to improve communication going forward and the October update showed that they are serious about this
he seemed like a genuine hard working bloke and i am in full support of him. people forget it was only a few months ago he put his house on the line in order to get debt funding to help this business out
