I haven't come across anything concrete but there must be some sort of connection. Cazaly Resources also has a Controlled Placement Deed in place with Acuity for standby capital of up to $2 mill until April 2019.
N. McMahon, C. Jones & T. Gardiner all involved in CAZ.
If there's a connection or not, I'm glad McMahon's transfer/sale was organised off market to Acuity. Still not sure why we haven't seen a change of director interest notice in Feb, unless there is a connection with Acuity & not required?
