It was not enough for this management the fact that they killed this company in years made of capital raising, consultants paid, clinical trials failing. Now as a defense pill they raise capital from a company in ashes.

I do not know, but so much failure is visible here, that at this stage maybe would be better a shakeup with cash than a dilution that does not make any sense.

Provide us the truth, not this bullshit.
