    Good question Chalkstar

TMX web page says that the "current resource of 322,500 tonnes @ 5.14 grams per tonne (JORC 2004)" so 53,500 oz of gold.

I am no gold valuation expert but gold is around $1600 Aus Dollars so current total value $85,600,00

    project is 322,500 tons
    $45 processing at a near by mill = $14.5m
$5 Transport = $2m - Darlot is 50km~ thunderbox 30km~ by road they could process them self cheaper?
Mining open cut $4-5 per ton under ground $70 $100 a ton not sure what the split is between open and under ground so lets use $70 for the lot but this a bit silly = $22.5m
    Corporate costs $5m~?
% recovery of the ore you might take 15% away?
No idea how much waist needs to be moved number??? underground would be selective you would think.
Other costs: planning permitting etc Number???

Total cost $44m Estimate (I am not a geo, valuer or engineer).

$44m negative total value $85m = $41 before state royalty 2.5% = $40m~ profit. (remember recovery might be 85% so take another $6m away)
It looks like a very small project so probably finished in 1-2 years it is so they need to drill it to make it larger.

If the above is correct (warning; lot of estimates, assumptions and guessing not based on actual project facts/knowledge). The company could have up to $3om~ cash before tax.

What would a company or a project be valued at that could generate this type of return?
Another guess say 10%-15% of possible profit so $3.5m~ - $5m~ as it is now? more if drilling is successful.

Chalkstar what do you think it is worth?
